Most single automations are live within 1–2 weeks. More complex multi-step workflows might take 3–4 weeks. We start with a call to map your current process, build and test in a staging environment, then go live once you're happy.
We work with most tools tradies actually use — Xero, MYOB, ServiceM8, Simpro, Tradify, and more. If your tool has an API or works with Zapier, we can usually connect it. If not, we'll help you figure out whether it's worth switching or find a workaround.
