I’m a web developer by trade — 15+ years building software for everyone from two-person startups to multinational companies. I’ve seen what works, what doesn’t, and the difference that thoughtful process design makes.
I started The Automation Division because I see potential efficiency improvements in nearly every business I work with. Most of the time people either don’t realise it’s a solvable problem, or they don’t know where to start. I love being the one who connects the dots.
I’m a problem solver by nature. Getting systems to work better together genuinely excites me. And I believe local businesses helping each other succeed is how communities thrive — that’s the kind of work I want to do.
Why The Automation Division exists
Every business has manual processes that don’t need to be manual. Copying data between systems. Re-entering the same information in three places. Running reports by hand that software could generate automatically.

We’re based in Lake Macquarie, NSW. We work with tradespeople, healthcare practices, professional services, property managers, retailers, and hospitality businesses across the Hunter Region and beyond. Some clients are local and we meet in person. Others are anywhere in Australia and we work remotely just fine.
